I think this is how crypto market is used to print money by the biggest players. And it is even legal, as cryptocurrency is officially neither money, nor stock, bond or any other kind of asset.

That's exactly how crypto operates. Tho it's not clear it's legal. Coin founders, early investors, insider traders know when the paid for positive media or coin listing will happen. Exchanges get paid to list and pump the coin. And then the loser is the bag holder
