If you could update Keras to 2.2.5 do that I can used bigger pre trained models for free that’d be great.

You can just use Tensorflow's 'tf.keras' instead of the standalone Keras package.

Are you adding layer normalization anytime soon?
-
Yes, it's available in tf.keras.experimental and will be moved to core once the API is finalized :)

I too have written an article which covers the new additions in TF2.0. Specifically, I have used TensorFlow datasets, tf.Keras, TensorBoard and Serving to build and deploy an image classifier. How can I get it published on the TensorFlow blog on Medium?

You can get in touch with
@random_forests who may be able to help :) - Show replies

Really nice improvements! Specially appreciate the info on writing custom metrics. However, I'm missing some info on how to write your own custom Optimizer (used to be quite in the 'old' keras), is this intentional due to potential API changes soon or just missing?

For a beginner that just bought your book... Do the new
#TensorFlow 2.0 and#Keras leaves totally discontinued that material? It is relevant yet? Or Should I just jump start over this new guide? Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
