@fchollet Is it adviceable to mix tf.keras, and just keras, or we should just stick with one. I vaguely remembered it isn’t nice to mix your code with both modules.

Most of the APIs look similar, but last time I remembered, there’s enuf diff such that swapping “import keras” for “import tf.keras as keras” won’t work. Do you know if this is possible with TF 2.0? It almost seems like you can do a simple text search and replace to convert it.
It should definitely be possible to just replace the imports, as long as you're sticking to the standard API. If you're running into issues, please file an issue and someone will help you.

I just reviewed 2.0, they uniformed the optimizers across the board, I suspect u can now really just get away with “import tf.keras as keras” and have your old keras code just run, and debug it in eager mode... this is great.
