I was actually already sold at “wide screen iPod w touch control“, I was thinking too small. I had postponed buying the iPod with video ‘cos it was small.

It is sort of a benchmark for marketing presentations yes. I think Doug Engelbart's "Mother of All Demos" is in a class of its own, as well as some of Hans Rosling's early work.
