A good example is hard national borders. It is one of the few institutionalised things which causes massive inequality around the globe, and if you think deeply, it is absurd that humans can’t move freely around the planet they inhabit.

Borders are a manifestation of legal jurisdictions, would you like to have North Korean police grab you wherever you were in the world and "interview" you for breaking some law of theirs pertaining to internet comments or some other non-physical action on your part?
