Green is not creative.
I once met a watercolor artist who told me she absolutely avoided the color green -- she didn't like it and she found it too hard to use. I could never understand that point of view. Green is one of my favorite colors, after purple and yellow

I avoid it too when I do acrylic pour painting. The pigment is too dominate, it bleeds into the other colors too much and overpowers the image, and it ends up taking up way more visual real estate than intended.
