AI is all about getting rid of the part where you code up solutions, and going straight to the part where you code up problems

The future of high-level APIs for AI is... a problem-specification API. Currently we only search over network weights, thus "problem specification" involves specifying a model architecture. In the future, it will just be: "tell me what data you have & what you are optimizing"

Hopefully for numerous AI start up/companies the future is not so far... considering the fact that “tell me what you have and what you want to optimize” is literally becoming nowadays a slogan .......

The AI APIs that provides the value addition and keeps the client who is providing the data the edge over others in that domain will make the difference, than those are providing the visualizations.
