On the flip side, injecting Vietnam with people who appreciate capitalism and freedom could have benefits to a far larger number of people in the end. And yes the fact that they don't get a choice in the mater is unfair on an individual level. What temporal scale matters most?

Is it ethno-nationalism to demand that people from all ethnic and national backgrounds are treated equally if they commit a crime? If I am reading this correctly, only criminals are being deported. Most countries in the world will deport an immigrant if they commit a crime.
