I really think the 2020s will see the rise of a new corporate culture where the public, employees, and executives all understand that profits do not justify all means, and that all companies should provide some value to society in order to justify their existence.

But that doesn't change the fact that we collectively are able to change the environment that leads to it. But we are constantly said from above that we must sacrifice the morals and ethics because markets and finance comes first. This way the system is toxic, so are the results.
