Many top law firms have "ethicists" on board, helping with a lawyer's code of professional responsibility. It could be a start for the corporate world together with broader education in 'the humanities"...
At first glance I liked the idea to have a dedicated person to coordinate ethics in companies. But then I realized that ethics should be collaborative without single chief. Ethics board should work better
