Any practice or kata, with research backing on outcomes, to increase attention quality and duration? Aside from limiting or eliminating caffeine plus diet/lifestyle optimization, which has good data already.

FYI lots of INDIRECT data implying vegetarians have increased attention and depth of focus (MRI studies of yogis, meditators, monks) but I am not aware of specific definitive research. Subjectively I had far deeper concentration (detail and duration) the years I was vegan.
