You will find the same thing for democratic senators though. Doesn't excuse donsting to crazy republicans but may be the companies want to appear neutral to DC
Donating to the center and the far-right does not make you neutral. Not donating at all would be preferable.

STRONGLY agree with this. Also, trying to be neutral in the face of far right is the same as being neutral in face of racisim (I.e. It's a stupid and wrong thing to do). It would have been much better to just not donate anything as you have said
