It's worth noting that TensorFlow itself is built on multiple pieces of software that have continuously existed for over 20 years (and several more that have continuously existed for over 10 years).

You stated your priors, but there doesn't seem to exist any data to back them up. Google exists for 20 years. TensorFlow is not there even for 10 years yet. Usually predicting distant future of technology given the recent history does not work well...

Such estimates are often done by body part called “rear end”. They usually involve numbers such as 80%, 90%, 95% and 99%.
