Short bursts of text, no way to curate feed, replies ('mentions') notify by default. It is by no means a question why some people feel harassed using the platform or otherwise abused. It's the best platform *for* abuse that exists.

BUT, do you WANT to be responsible for what you leave under your tweets? What a pain in the butt it would be to curate all of the responses to all of your tweets all the time... and then to deal with the crap you get when you miss or leave some thing that offends someone...

Twitter is micro blogging. This type of blogging is different from others. Its not one to one chat or chatroom. Founders firstly thought trolls wud be ignored but later on realised cant be ignored. It was already late.

There must be dependency between the number of followers a troll and the one being trolled has. Like trolls most likely only troll on known people with many followers and while having only few followers.
