Stars are self-organizing from gravity plus hydrogen, yet dont seem to be intelligent. Seems more likely that some subset of self organization is coextensive with intelligence.

The dynamics of cognition are more complex than the nonequilibrium dynamics of inanimate objects. Solving the latter does not solve the former.

In fact there is no artificial intelligence due to a simple reason: we do not program intelligence. We program solutions. These solutions are the result of our intelligence but they do not contain intelligence.
