Stars are self-organizing from gravity plus hydrogen, yet dont seem to be intelligent. Seems more likely that some subset of self organization is coextensive with intelligence.

In fact there is no artificial intelligence due to a simple reason: we do not program intelligence. We program solutions. These solutions are the result of our intelligence but they do not contain intelligence.
