These effects are relatively easy to classify, and some personas classify them almost as an archetype. That said, they exist on all scales, all ages and cultures: at work, on vacation, on the playground. Very subtle and hard to observe and deal with in real life.

Incentives should be defined aligning public & self interest For homo economicus, free markets do that. For homo sapiens, we have to patch them (regulation, law, science,…) Global market + late patches = huge risk. Ultimately, it may be futile. Much important research pending
