And please, stop dismissing free online education as "only for the privileged" because it requires internet access & free time. Something that has the potential to transform the lives of 50% of ppl on the planet (including many ppl less privileged than you) is nothing to scoff at
Especially if you consider that the reach is higher for young people, and fast-growing. And especially if you consider second order effects -- what progress will online-educated people bring to their communities?
Simply put it, with the internet and free education there is no excuses for not learning. We should never take this for granted or dimiss its potential. How we package this education to the masses is a huge challenge up ahead as well.
