I think the large majority of people in our community are good people. Let's keep it that way. Also, I think that if someone is being a jerk, it's your right to refuse to interact with them. You don't have to engage with someone who's being openly, repeatedly hostile.

Very few people would choose to express differing opinions with an aggressive and insulting attitude and the intent to be hurtful and to humiliate. And for those who do (jerks and trolls), it has little to do with the opinion itself.
