As long as the US is in NATO, it's still a military ally with most of the EU. This is economically damaging and just plain dumb, but we're a long way away from a military realignment.
For now. If the current trend is to last, NATO will not exist in 6 years.

I'll add I'm not a fan of NATO because I believe alliances increase the risk of war. That said I don't like having a fraud, cheat and meglomaniac for a president, so odds are NATO is safe.
