Every moment of conscious attention is valuable and can't be reclaimed after being spent. I'm really questioning if anything of true value can come from Twitter. There are a few good things that come and go but they're fleeting. Vanity!
On a certain level, we all know this and we have experienced the exuberant pessimism that comes from seeing the cruelty of life's absurdities ("the stimulation is breaking down"). Twitter is like an exploration of this absurdity - woke capital, NPCs, blue checks, ideologues, etc.

Why focus on that? Why gaze into the abyss? You know it's there, and eventually you have to accept the implications. Not all of life is chaotic and absurd - there is a superreality from which order is imposed, and we know "order" only because we are created in God's image.

Stop putting yourself in situations that you know will cause you to be pissed off. Stop looking for reasons to look down on people and cultivate unforgiveness and wrath. The only way out of the trash heap is through compassion. Go bless a stranger. You're gonna reap what you sow.pic.twitter.com/ADygCYE5w1
