    So I’m glad I went to the urgent care despite not wanting to because I’m currently uninsured and afraid of the cost. It turns out that I have pneumonia and as someone with asthma, if that goes untreated it can turn really dangerous really quickly. We need Medicare for All. Now.

    Venmo is , DM for my paypal. I’m looking to raise at least $1,000 in additional funds to get me through the rest of the month because it’s also looking like I need to go back to the doctor (I’m sick and it’s getting worse) and my insurance was already cancelled.

    Mayor Pete is okay with taking money from people who profit off of ICE detention centers and imprisoning babies at our border. This is not okay.

    Mayor Pete’s campaign was set to host a fundraising event with the former president of an ICE contractor (the company scrapes online date to vet and identify immigrants). But he was removed from the event after inquired about it

    Washington used to give you cardstock temporary IDs but now they just give you a weird sheet of paper that is essentially a glorified receipt. So I have that and my expired ID with a small hole punched in it. Here's to hoping bars in New Orleans won't care 🙃
