    The outage was caused by network routing issue that affected a number of major networks and providers, and was resolved by our upstream provider in conjunction with the major networks. No mail was lost as a result of this problem.

    At this time, we believe virtually all emails have been received and delivered to customers. Access to all major networks has been restored, and all customers should be able to connect to their mail now. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
