When helping people learn to code, about 60% seems to be helping them through PATH and stupid library installation issues.
@patrickc PATH & library installation issues are solvable. ASDF2 and @Quicklisp solved it for Common Lisp. Or differently, see @nixos_org

@patrickc ASDF3 still sucks in many ways, but it's shockingly better than a mix of libtool, autoconf, make, pkg-config, ./configure, etc.
