Tip: acetaminophen (paracetamol) is basically a placebo that also causes liver damage. There’s little point in taking it. If you can’t tolerate other NSAIDs, take a sugar pill. Those are at least harmless.

Several e.g. reducing delirium in post-op patients. Reducing ER visits in children, the hospital is a dangerous place. Many people feel mild-pain and in their circumstances the

Why not use ibuprofen? Unlike aspirin, it's fine for children. And it _isn't_ a placebo. If you feel the need for an actual placebo, use a placebo.
