#Totipsism (a word I invented) is the idea that totipsism itself is a concept central to understanding the Universe. Much like the anthropic principle or solipsism or Descartes' "cogito ergo sum", it exists in many variants:

Alter-totipsism is the belief that totipsism applies, applied or will apply to somebody else reading another copy of the totipsic bible, and that therefore neither you nor anyone around you actually exists or matters.
