I would extend this all the way down to the individual product brief / spec, not just strategy docs.

If your product spec doesn’t answer the question “how is anyone going to know this exists” and “what customers is it for” it’s not a complete spec. Onboarding, adoption, and retention of your new features need to be a central part of product definition and design.
