The wu tang / RaTM show should have been great but 1) a friend of mine got punched in the face and 2) it devolved into a chaotic near riot

I bet Airbnb Experiences will become a massive business. I've done a handful and each has been fun. Great way to travel alone, meet some people, and do unique things in a new city.

Investors should discount the churn rates of companies who employ these tricks by at least 30%.

Dearest friends on growth teams, Don’t do this shit. Hacking the metric instead of the underlying user problems is the fastest path to brand destruction.

If your product spec doesn’t answer the question “how is anyone going to know this exists” and “what customers is it for” it’s not a complete spec. Onboarding, adoption, and retention of your new features need to be a central part of product definition and design.

The only answer I can think of is that the right way to solve the paradox is to focus on technology / operational leverage. Build the tools, systems, and culture necessary to build high quality stuff fast, and dramatically reduce the time from brain to pixels.
