    Agree with - these kinds of programs have been in place for decades but inclusion is still a problem. It’s the HIRING that matters. Take clues from who just hired after completing her first feature. didn’t need to shadow. She needed WORK.

    And it's up to all of us to ask who else will be on the panels, and if there are not enough women and if it is all white, you need to say I can't participate until this panel is inclusive. This is how we will get these types of panels to stop happening in the first place.
