• it's business as normal on web, you can make purchases with just your card just like before.
• if you want to make purchases in-app, you need a coin balance, which you can buy at no extra cost on web to then use on the app.

however, on our app (iOS & android), 2000 coins costs $30, as it has an upcharge that accounts for the 30%.
we HIGHLY encourage that you buy coins on web if you want to use them on the app. this will avoid the upcharge, as your account's coin balance is cross-platform. (4/9)
