It's not just the heat, it's the volatility of the fuel, wind, humidity, escape routes, lots of factors. If a fire was to start it could rip through so fast and punters wouldn't stand a chance of leaving

A beautiful but unbelievably impractical venue for the size of the crowd and the time of the year. For this reason alone, as parents, we were happy our kids chose BTV

It may come back, just not in drought years, more likely they will have to find alternate sites beforehand, to be honest they really should have done their due diligence this year and just went alternate given current weather conditions.
