@Falkvinge It's certainly a complex issue. Usage can be defined many ways and sustained usage is preferred. Core devs are highly qualified.

@droplister How do you arrive at the analysis that core devs are "highly qualified" when they've stalled usage growth for two years?

@Falkvinge This is new science and they're at the bleeding edge. They're qualified by their experience in getting us this far. I trust them.

@droplister "Usage has stalled" != "usage growth has been stalled". There is no longer room to grow.

@Falkvinge Check back in 3 months when upgrades to Bitcoin, made by Core, dissipates all this FUD and we'll be back to normal.

@moh_kohn that's never been the job of a free market. Its benefit is that it allocates resources and generates decentralized wealth.

@Falkvinge Obviously not an "artificially" blocksize limit. Core's roadmap is well grounded in tech and reason.

@jsfsn I see nothing to indicate neither. How did you come to that conclusion?

@Falkvinge All tests (including the big-block camps) show that 2-3MB is max atm. 2MB HF + SW = 4MB (which hopefully will work within a year)

@keo @Falkvinge SW Will be out in 1-3 months, not a year. Also, a HF in less than a year is not safe.
