It is a challenge to have a quarter of the economy sitting on the sidelines. The total number of jobs has dropped notably in hospitality. Those jobs are indirect jobs that are dependent on the vibrancy that the federal government being in the office offers

‘The City Council raised the height limit in 2010 to 50m (160ft) in certain central areas & 180m (590ft) in the outer areas. This doesn’t mean that skyscrapers will spring up in the core of Paris. For the oldest & most central neighborhoods, the former height limits remain’
