The US had average of *more* than one mass shooting (4 or more ppl shot) PER DAY in 2015, as I read in today's news

We have plenty of laws already. Bad people do not care what the law is.

Not caring about the law wasn't sufficient for this. Easy access to assault weapons was also necessary.
