Women felt insulted that would devote precious air time to the male view of "What it Feels like for a Girl." The presenter responds by levelling some very serious allegations against the women who complained.

We salute for her steadfastness and courage. Gender self-ID would be fraught with dangers for women, children and LGB people, whose rights under law would implode. We congratulate her for insisting on protections and safeguards./1of2

29 DAYS b4 the Tavistock appeal is heard. Pls donate if you can! It's really important that we're able to defend the High Court's decision all the way. Our legal team is doing a lot of hard work and we are still in a big monetary deficit. Thx everyone x

A government minister has to go on the radio to confirm that women have vaginas. So surreal it’s funny. ’s desdpan delivery was absolutely perfect. I think this will become a classic.

When you say: 'Well, if women refused to compete this would stop," you might as well say, 'if all the soldiers refused to fight the war' or 'if all the slaves had refused to build the pyramids' or 'if everyone stopped buying plastic' or 'if everybody just shared resources'.

Just looked through the hashtag and the number of organisations who have tweeted it are very few - just the ones you would predict in fact. Whereas a few years ago we might have seen many more lend support.

I've recently seen a number of SW's useful idiots appearing on Twitter claiming that (as gay men) they would, of course, date trans men (David Paisley is a case in point). The great thing about this statement is that it is always hypothetical. A claim easily made 1/

I imagine that you, your staff & activists must feel under siege right now and I'm sorry about that. But is it worth a moment's reflection on how much Stonewall's longstanding policy drove the polarisation of this issue, and the way it's become a culture war? (1/2)

At this stage they're not protecting people who identify as transgender, they're protecting their jobs.
