I'm looking for a list of great writers who address church issues from a smaller church perspective. Please send suggestions my way. Even if you think you are such a writer. Links appreciated!

Well I did use the vague word smaller. Ideally I'm looking for stuff that connects with churches of 200 people or less, since 95% of churches are 200 people or less.

Are you being serious.....I mean anything related to the church/pastoring and such. A rather intentionally broad term as I'm looking for a smaller church perspective on pretty much everything.
