Republicans approved of this Permanent Early Voting List. They're hurting themselves here. Those elderly voters in Sun City, Havasu, Bullhead City, etc, that always vote Republican no matter what, aren't going to stand in long lines to vote.

I waited in line for 5½ hours with a 2½ year old to vote in East Mesa in the 2000 election. Been voting PEVL ever since. I work on my ballot for days from my kitchen table. I drop it at the election office. They match my signature from my envelope to my voter registration.
