Taxpayers in SC deserve a huge refund. After all, they did spend over $9Billion on a nuke that never even came close to being completed! Give them their $$ back!

After trying and failing to build 250 US nukes economically since 1969, the true believers come up with yet another scheme to collect even more subsidies!

Authorities have known for more than three decades that fracking waste is radioactive and that it posed an occupational/radiation hazard to not only workers but citizens as well! Yet, regulations never occurred!

OMG! Brazil seeks 'atomic help' from Westinghouse, who went bankrupt building new nukes? Wind and solar are ALREADY cheaper and safer!

Retaliation against whistleblowers in the nuke industry is not new! Former employee at the Savannah River Site in SC claims retaliation against him when he wouldn't sign off on "unsafe inspection protocols" and that they cheated the US gov't!

Study says that the stainless steel used to store nuke waste will fail and high-level radiation will no longer be safely contained: "It creates a super-aggressive environment that can corrode surrounding materials."

There is radiation equivalent to hundreds of A-bombs stored on nuke sites. Yet, the NRC denied a hearing from concerned citizens that would question Exelon's 'downsized' emergency preparedness at the shuttered site!

San Onofre nuke is to be decommissioned, but citizens demand more oversight and clarity when it comes to the storage of the nuke waste onsite: "If there's a Chernobyl here, there's no second chance."

Does this sound like “clean, safe, or reliable?" Fukushima Daiichi took ten years to build, operated for less than 40 years, exploded in 2011 and now will take half a century to dismantle.

The violations just keep piling up for the Westinghouse nuke fuel facility in SC! This time, however, most of the details are secret except that is dealt with security and tamper-proof seals on nuke materials!

As if storing nuke waste is not enough. Now, Texas nuke waste dump is now approved to store mercury too!

As the 2020 Olympics approach in Japan, we've become more and more aware of some very irresponsible tactics by the Japanese gov't that are being used to shroud both social and environmental problems caused by the 2011 Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster!

Another one bites the dust: “In the public debate, there is no shortage of ... public opposition, high capital cost and financing difficulties, and insufficient governance and management capacity on the part of the Turkish state agencies...”
