Argh, I hate posting this type of stuff, but I feel like people should be warned about using @Airbnb. First, there was the coronavirus issue where I spent 2 weeks trying to get a refund due to the outbreak and now they change the cancellation policy on customers without
notifying them. The cancellation policy I agreed to when I submitted my reservation before the outbreak happened is no longer being honored. I'm going to be disputing this with my credit card since I have proof of the original cancellation policy I agreed to, but isn't that a
breach of contract? Any contract lawyers out there? Also, this is sad to see. I was a big fan of Airbnb and used them a lot in previous years...never again.
