.@kieutiepie, @emiicreations and I are out $1000 because @Airbnb refuses to refund us for our Seattle reservation that we never used. 
If anyone has any advice on this, we'd very much appreciate it.

contact your bank? they might be able to do a reversal on the funds as the product (in this case lodging) didn't happen
Yah, we were hoping Airbnb would do the right thing given the circumstances but I guess we'll have to do that.
