contact your bank? they might be able to do a reversal on the funds as the product (in this case lodging) didn't happen
.@kieutiepie, @emiicreations and I are out $1000 because @Airbnb refuses to refund us for our Seattle reservation that we never used. 
If anyone has any advice on this, we'd very much appreciate it.

Yah, we were hoping Airbnb would do the right thing given the circumstances but I guess we'll have to do that.

Is this for ECCC or is it for another show? My friends had an airbnb and was able to get a full refund for a place in LA. We were suppose to go to Disneyland but they closed. She had to be on hold for 3 hours though ..

I asked which place in case they had “48 hour rule before the day of arrival”. New rules and ordinances are being placed every day. I saw today that Airbnb are not penalizing cancellation. But I’m worried since ECCC should’ve started.pic.twitter.com/y0jzoY1BXs
