@facebook I have been trying to solve this issue , Unsuccessfully, for a year now . Can you help me , or do I need to delete all of your products out of frustration and lack of solution .

Duh, I’ve tried many things, multiple times. I’ve reported it to You, via the help/ support options , at least 5 times over a year . Shocking , still the same issue .

How many times do I need to report the problem? How many years does it take to address a repeatedly reported issue, before it is addressed ? One year and 5 reports( same issue) has gone by already .
