Can you help me track the transactions on my credit card on Facebook. Please see attached image. I've already reported this to VISA. All transactions done in New Zealand currency and am from India. I just wanted to confirm this fraud transaction was done on FB only

For 24 hours I've been trying to reach ANYONE at FB - and have yet to get any help with my account. Is this like a ransom thing you guys do? How much do I have to pay to get assistance?

Good luck, someone hacked my account and changed my password over two weeks ago. Getting help from FB has the same odds as picking the winning Powerball ticket

Total BS. A billion dollar business made off the back of the very people they won’t help, it’s no better than RansonWare

Couldn’t agree more. They take time to respond to people that haven’t gotten their “year in review” videos yet but ignore my multiple tweets about a real security issue. Priorities...

And EVERYTHING is tied to outperform FB accounts so they are holding all my other accounts hostage too. Never have I been so disgusted.

That’s terrible! My daughter turns 1 on Wednesday and would love to share photos of her with family that lives far away. Seems unlikely that will happen

Happy Birthday! I’m a Sagittarius as is my oldest son!! Cherish these years...they go so fast. My youngest is 13 & has severe OCD. FB has an amazing support group that I depend on...well USED to depend on. Saw you are a Packers fan! We bleed a Green & Gold here in Waupun!
