only thing I would love to have is a less bold version for sizes bigger than 17pt :)

I think iTerm2 is messing with it; If I use it at 17pt, its perfect. If I try 18pt, it's bold, even without Bold installed.

What I want is something like it Regular at 17pt, but bigger and not bolder :) Not sure if its possible / doable.
