It seems that on "0.829" (actually 0.830 internally), ss13 doesn't actually exists (as confirmed by Wakamai Fondue) and Git's ss13 is just enabled by default. It's very unsettling with the \| that appears in latex ;)

It shouldn't happen often but some people (my colleagues...) use \| instead of \mid or \vert. Any way to disable that single ligature as a stylistic style ? :(

I have the "old" 0.829 version and it has ss13. I think there's a mistake in the latest downloadable version :)

This is a dilemma for me: to keep "git tree ligatures" as default as requested by a lot of users or not.
It's very hard to setup in Terminal-like app Stylistic Sets. I don't know which is the right choice…

I imagine it's not an easy feature to implement but some other designers (like for Input), just offer to check the features you want at download and get fonts with those default features... Apparently it's the only way to deal with opentype being badly supported...
