They keep not recognizing natural immunity. How is that legal or logical?

Every mandate that doesn't include a old positive COVID test as acceptance criteria is highly suspect. In fact this is probably the biggest credible evidence in favor of the worst conspiracy theories. It's an unscientific and unforced error.
