Interesting stories at about companies buying expensive solutions which turn out not to be very testable... I have seen it mostly in banks, but it is a problem in other branches too. There is a disconnect between people who buy the software and people who use the software.

Most people need consistency more than they need intensity. Intensity: -run a marathon -write a book in 30 days -silent meditation retreat Consistency: -don't miss a workout for 2 years -write every week -daily silence Intensity makes a good story. Consistency makes progress.

Only two possible reactions to “here is a Trello board to solve this problem.” My friends: I love this. It is perfect. Thank you. Let me add to it. My enemies: What is this? I don’t get it. Is this really a problem?
