@BadtotheBohn@eyokley We did have standing to sue on $$$ withheld from SAO. MO Supreme court essentially said we filed suit too soon. -

@BadtotheBohn We sued before the year had ended. Court said we have to wait til the year ended then do an audit and then file suit. -
@jeffreykearl An audit that shows it was inappropriate and unnecessary? FY ends in June, so file then?
