"The federal exchange is nowhere near ready to do the job," Sen. @RoyBlunt says of exchange Missourians able to use. http://bit.ly/16M5u2k
.@justinyeater Perhaps, and 60 percent of Missourians voted to basically ban it during the 2012 election. (Prop E) http://bit.ly/16M68N8

@eyokley major oversimplification there, Eli. -
@aliemalie how? Prop c - while, admittedly on ballot during GOP primary - got 70 percent. Not like Missourians are helping the cause here.

@eyokley@justinyeater And a survey of my constituents voted over 60% to not set one up...oh, or expand Medicaid. -
@KathieConway@eyokley Re: Medicaid expansion - what is the rationale for not expanding? Genuinely curious. Funding after 2016? -
@justinyeater The cost would be unsustainable as Fed money goes away. -
@KathieConway Fed government funds expansion at 90% after 2016, right? Seems small price to pay to help cover those under 100% FPL. -
@justinyeater But continues to drop off while costs go up. MO taxpayers cannot afford that. It's irresponsible. -
@KathieConway While I don't think there are plans to reduce Fed funding below 90%, I understand your concern. Agree to disagree, I guess.
