Compassion Seattle:
🗑 Was never a serious response to homelessness.
🗑 Briefly united genuine progressives against their sham counterparts.
🗑 Served as ersatz platform for several Seattle candidates who now have no message.
🗑 Didn’t even make it to November ballot.

And spent over a million dollars that could instead have been used to house quite a few people.

What would be then solution? There are plenty of folks who have started biz who are not rich, work penny to a dime only to have tent cities, homeless blocking their doorway killing their business. 3rd Ave looks like a refugees camp.
We can not continue to ignore this problem.
