    There are rumors about F16 in Libya soon, theoretically is possible but they will be an easy target for Mig29/Sukhoi while are parked in Al-Watiya airbase. Turkey lack in air defence systems for aircraft, like in Syria. So without a good air defence system I don’t see any chance
